Our shower floor was black the shelf in it broken and they attempted to glue it back together and failed. The blinds wouldnt close wasnt even a back on the remote!! The public bathroom had urine on the floor

I should have listened to some of the previous reviews…the moment I got to the floor where our room was, there was a musty unpleasant odor that was there throughout our stay. When we got in the room the shower was dirty and the bed mattress felt like you were laying on a cot. This hotel was a little bit cheaper and seemed more family friendly (which I didn’t witness) but I guess you get what you pay for.

Manager was sloppy, he wore a t shirt and jeans. Front desk attendant was rude and unaccommodating. Both were very unprofessional. The front lobby smelled upon entry and trash and boxes were piled up in corners. The elevator had an unusual odor as well. We were denied cancellation of our room. The ice machine had a bucket of some kind of dirty orange water sitting under the ice dispenser. The hot breakfast was horrible and very skimpy for the price of our room for 2 nights stay. The room was left unturned for both days. No trash was taken out the beds were not made and towels and wash cloths were not picked up or delivered. I had to retrieve my own linen replacements, towels and wash cloths. We were also told by management staff to reuse our dirty wet towels and wash cloths over again. This hotel stay was the worst 2 nights stay at any hotel i have ever experienced and we are highly disappointed in this considering Hilton is supposed to be a highly respected hotel chain. The audacity of the front lobby attendant to ask if we will ever stay there again after hearing about our experience was quite disrespectful as we will never stay at any Hilton hotel ever again.

We picked this hotel because it’s dog friendly. It was an excellent choice for our 2 small dogs. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the property was clean and well maintained; lush green grass for dogs.

We had to ask 3 times to get our room cleaned, finally was cleaned the next day. One of our rooms the ac was broken, they did however come and fix it. Continental breakfast was not stocked and when you asked the front desk seemed like an inconvenience for them. The pool was great except I think there was way too much chlorine being used. Would we be back, for the price definitely not.

We traveled with a 9 and 18 year old. They loved the facilities. Indoor pool was great. Lobby area had games and a pool table. Great spot for groups. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were ok. Overall it worked for our group. Price and amenities were the deciding factors for us.

The property has pros and cons. Pros: the pricing, the location, not super far from the beaches, near the malls, stores and restaurants. Lots of snacks and drinks available for purchase, nice lobby, indoor pool, and barbecue area, well lit safe area. Cons: the cleanliness of the room.. The floors felt dirty without socks, the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. So it felt like overrall, it was a super quick room flip. Also the breakfast wasn’t the tastiest. And there weren’t as many options as I’m accustomed to.
