CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Place was fine for what we needed it for, we really only slept there and spent the days out. kitchen counter space is so tiny so it would be difficult to cook anything substantial. easy access to the beach and pool was great for kids.

Condo was awesome, property was awesome, location can not be better. Everything to do with the condo was over the top. Only negative, minor as it may be, was that we drove 4.5 hours and did not receive check in instructions till 30 minutes prior to check in time (4pm) instructions were received at like 3:30 and that's because we contacted and requested them. To me that's kinda last minute and creates stress being as you don't even have the unit number or anything.

We have stayed at beach club everytime we come down since 2020 or 2021 when one of our kids started college in Corpus and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had, The unit was dirty, the blinds in the living area wont go all the way down so I had to put pillows to block the view, the shower had mold / mildew in it, the A/C filter grate was filthy & the bed had dog hair & we found PUBIC HAIR in the bed!! GROSS!! The remote in the living area was sticky, had hell figuring out how to use the TV's in both rooms, there were instructions on how to trouble shoot the televisions but no instructions on how actually use the TV. Some of the issues we encountered were previous complaints in the reviews mentioned by previous tennants like the blinds over a year ago, the TV's problems, the mold / mildew in the shower and the overall cleanlines so to me it's quite clear the propery owner / manager just doesn't care about this unit or read reviews, this will be the first and last time we rent from Padre Escapes, at least the one unit we rented in the past when we told the property manage / owner about the microwave not working it was fixed the next time we happened to be in that unit. The last thing is the abandoned car in our parking area, not our spot but our area, the tags have been expired Feb 2024 and it's plain to see that it's been there at least that long with all the crap under it and the cob webs from the bumper to the ground.

First Time Trip to Corpus Christi
We have stayed at resorts before and were usually disappointed when nothing seems to be as advertised. Scheduling this trip was a last minute thing that the wife and I planned to get away for our anniversary. When we arrived at the resort, we were very pleased with the property we rented. Check in was the easiest we have ever had. Everything was sent via the app, including your parking spot, door codes, and every we needed. No waiting in line, no signing extra papers, and no extra hassles involved. Having a kitchen fully stocked with dinner and cooking utensils was a plus. There was a slight smell when we arrived, but you are next to the ocean, with daily humidity, so that is to be expected. It was also a plus as we traveled with our small dog, and surprised to see how many other families had their pets. Everything was as exactly as advertised on the site. Plus your close to the ocean( literally a 30 second car ride), and stores and restaurants very close. We will definitely be back to this resort. We really enjoyed our time there.

The condo was fully stocked and clean. We were very close to the beach. We used the bbq pit at the pool. Did not like the fact that there was no smoking outside there at the tables just because it was near the pool. It was fairly quiet mist of the time which was nice.

Everything was super steady to set up. We loved the easy beach access and pet friendly policy. The unit was comfortable, and the kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals. Social distancing was easy to maintain. We liked they key code door lock. No keys to worry about. Definitely enjoying our stay.

It was a great stay. The condo was clean and spacious enough. Well stocked too. Had all we needed for the long weekend. Wish I would've made the arrangements earlier so that we could've stayed starting Friday. The condo is a short block from the beach. We drove but a walk would've not been bad either. Will definitely stay there again... even though I much rather had a view of something other than the parking lot. The listing was accurate of the view so I knew what to expect.

Great Location and Lovely Condo!
We loved this little condo! The bed was comfy and our daughter slept on the fold out couch and it was comfortable too! The kitchen was so well stocked for anything you'd want to fix. The location was great with the beach access road right beside the building and close to the restaurants. The pool is also right across the parking lot. The only downside is that if someone is staying in the condo above it is noisy. You can hear every step and movement. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying in this cozy condo! I'd definitely be back!
