Check in desk clerk was very miserable and not helpful at all when I was asking her questions. Maybe she was having a bad day…. The restaurant staff was outstanding with pretty darn good food.

DON’T STAY HERE!!!!
Terrible! We had a crying baby keep me up, the staff thought it was funny to not accommodate paying guests. I have never been so disrespected by a hotel. I had to leave to get a good night sleep.

I loved how big the rooms were and how quiet it was in the room. There was a great balcony which we didn't end up using. The bathroom looked like it had just been remodeled and had a fantastic rain shower head in there.

Not all, but most of the staff was so rude and made it very clear that we were not welcome. I went to checkout and the lady at the front started filing her nails rather than acknowledge me. We tried to be super courteous and kind, but we will not be returning here. Never have we been treated so poorly or felt so unwelcome.

We had dinner at the restaurant and service was good but the food was not what was expected. We had to send back some of the food as it was undercooked. Check in was slow and unfriendly.

Good Place To Stay
Hotel check-in was quick, friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean although there was a slight 'odd' sound at night. Assuming it was the bathroom fan 'clanging' so closed the bathroom door and that solved the sound problem. Casino was fun. I won a modest amount and people around me were also winning. The restaurant food was not great but staff were friendly. Enjoyed my stay -- Thanks!
