Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel room is very nice. Good size rooms and very clean and comfortable. Fridge and microwave. Wish window opened but they don't in most hotels

When we arrived the bar and restaurants were not open ,we stayed here the friday before we went on holiday and i was told by one of the bar staff that the restaurant and bar is open all day , so by that we decided to book the Saturday night when we arrived back off holiday, we were told by the lady at reception to use expedia as they are cheaper so we booked , we arrived at 1pm tiered and hungry, guess what bar and restaurants not open until 4pm , so we had to get in the car and find somewhere as my 10 year old was starving ,reception were not helpful , when we got back i decided that we would drive home as was so annoyed , guess what as we booked through expedia we would lose are money , what a surprise

We had a great stay here for a couple of nights before flying home to Canada. The hotel was very clean, with helpful staff, and a nice size room (space to unpack/repack cases). Awesome to have a pool for kids to burn off some energy before long flight. Great location for access to Gatwick and Three Bridges station for Thameslink rail. Easy to get into central London and to Gatwick on the train. Also close to a huge Tesco Extra (5 minute walk) for hotel room/airplane snacks!

Very good quality, amazing breakfast with a lot of choices in the buffet, we highly recommended the place. We took a cab (called by the hotel) for 4 persons for 6£ to get to the train station, can’t beat that price and that service! Not too far from Gatewick airport. Definitely recommended staying there.

Very comfortable and clean! Lovely pool!
Very lovely stay for our family with school-age children. The room was comfortable and the pool was fantastic. The bar was nice in the evening. We didn’t try the restaurant, but the menu looked nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again and definitely recommend!

Stayed for an early morning flight the next day. Staff were super friendly and the room had all we needed. The food was nice but over priced and there’s not much choice locally so you’re a captive audience. The cocktails were good though

Very convenient for Gatwick and had a good nights sleep as the rooms were well soundproofed. Very clean and modern. Our only issue was that on arrival there was some confusion, in that the receptionist thought that we had rung in the morning requesting an upgrade to our room. We explained that it wasn't something we had done and she said she would sort the booking out and cancel this. However when we went to check out at 04.30, the night receptionist informed us that there was an additional charge for an upgrade to the room. We explained that this should have been cancelled as we didn't ask for it. He said he would deal with the mistake and not to worry. So in the end it was handled well.

We stayed here for only one night. The hotel was nice and clean; it also had good breakfast. The only thing we did not like was that the cafeteria's kitchen closed at 9:30pm, so there was no food for travelers like us who arrived late.
