This is an 0lder hotel that has been nicely refurbished. However, there is NO ONSITE STAFF! While the virtual staff (in the Phillipines), was efficient and friendly and th check in easy, if there is a problem, you are on your own. We had the toilet overflow right after we got there, and after finally getting in touch with the overseas staff, we were informed that we would need to fix it ouselves. We were directed to the lobby to look through cupboards to find a plunger and exra towels(which were counted-like were were going to steal them) It , luckily, was an easy fix and we didnt have to change change rooms, but disconcerting to pay so much and not have any staff support on site. I'm not sure i would stay here again just because of that, but i was not unhappy with the actual accomodations.

Pleasant hotel reasonably clean

My beach view was OK, but not what I expected but based on some of the other rooms, it’s probably better than others. When we got there. There was someone sitting at the desk, but they referred me to a kiosk where I had to speak with somebody virtually to check in and out, which was rather odd. When I go to a hotel, I’m staying somewhere. I want to be welcomed to buy somebody not somebody on a machine at their house who knows where it wasn’t very welcoming and they really need to discontinue that process. In my opinion. I would understand using something like this after hours, but not during the middle of the day.

My only complaint was the very short toilet seat. And I’m only 5 foot four. Other than that, the beds are perfect. I have no complaints at all. Other than the short toilet.
