This is an 0lder hotel that has been nicely refurbished.
However, there is NO ONSITE STAFF!
While the virtual staff (in the Phillipines), was efficient and friendly and th check in easy, if there is a problem, you are on your own.
We had the toilet overflow right after we got there, and after finally getting in touch with the overseas staff, we were informed that we would need to fix it ouselves. We were directed to the lobby to look through cupboards to find a plunger and exra towels(which were counted-like were were going to steal them)
It , luckily, was an easy fix and we didnt have to change change rooms, but disconcerting to pay so much and not have any staff support on site.
I'm not sure i would stay here again just because of that, but i was not unhappy with the actual accomodations.
