Dust all over the place, spider webs all around the corners, no toilet paper , carpet as dirty as hell, during my 3 nights stay I even requested a vacuum clean , unfortunately it didn’t gets cleaned when I returned back to the room in the afternoon

I did not like the dirty shower and running out of coffee and shower caps. Most importantly was plugging my phone charger into the socket and getting zaped by the power point. THIS RAN PAIN UP MY ARM FOR THE NEXT DAY. NOT A NICE WAY TO DRIVE A CAR 400KM THE NEXT DAY. All the motel could offer was lets move you to a better room. Late at night was not the greatest experience. After 5 nights no offer of any discount at all. Was not the best experience. Ms. A. M. Spence

This hotel has been our go to for Melbourne stays. However, it's just not as good as it used to be. Positives: location and price. Negatives: roof top spa/pool is no longer, rooms were dusty and under utilised (room for a couch and table, but only a single chair and desk chair/table), housekeeping seemed disinterested - our room wasn't made (we received clean towels when phoning the desk), when it was made the next day, it was a haphazard attempt, and generally needs some TLC with the rooms, elevator, and lobby. Additionally, there was high-pressure cleaning happening, which echoed through our room from 7am on 2 of our days As mentioned, this has been our go to hotel in Melbourne with over 1/2 dozen stays. However, I think this relationship has come to an end, and will be exploring other options in the future.
