Comfortable beds. Good towels and bedding. Furniture was not as nice as other IHG properties we have stayed in. Breakfast bar was good. Staff friendly.

We have stayed in quite a bit of Holiday Inn’s and never had an issue with the thermostat. Room wouldn’t cool below 76. Staff told us we could move, but it would be to two separate rooms which wasn’t an option with having 4 kids. We stuck it out to get through the night and neither my wife nor I could sleep. It got warmer.

Clean and nice hotel. A lot of construction going on while we were there so that was pretty annoying getting in and out. Other than that I highly recommend. We saved hundreds by driving to Fort Walton (30 minutes away) instead of getting a hotel on the beach.
