Nice hotel but unfortunately the swimming/spa facilities were under maintenance. Annoying as I’d booked this hotel especially for these facilities and there was no communication before arrival to update me this.

As airport hotels go, this is a good one. The accommodation is fine and there are two restaurants. Our stay was only marred by the check-in process.

We have ordet this hotel because there was a svimmingpool but there was not a pool and my 2 kids was very disappointed because vi have promise them that and vi have the same bed in 4 days with the same blanket and the same bedsheet that is not normal for us we travel a lot Mvh Manfred Jensen

Pool and Spa out of order
Hotel is nice, clean and efficient for flights from Manchester..two nice restaurants attached. Big downside for us was we arrived to use pool and Spa facilities, but these were both fully out of order for refurb. We probably would have just used a cheaper hotel chain if we had known that at the time of booking on Hotels.com.

Overall, good.
On opening the door, our room appeared to be occupied as all lights were on, bed unmade and perhaps someone was in the bathroom (we didn't go in). Reception gave us a new room and asked if we wanted cleaning each day which we accepted but it did not happen. On returning the next day, the room was untouched including no tea/coffee supplies. The room itself was good but you needed a GPS to find it. So many corridors and twists and turns. I would stay here again as the location is great and the shuttle to the airport is very efficient.

It was convenient for the airport, nice rooms, restaurant and service. The staff said the leisure club was closed due to maintenance. What they meant was the pool was closed. This wasn’t clear or communicated. The gym was available. Confusing.

The hotel from the outside doesn't scream luxurious. But the room was indeed a pleasant surprise. We stayed in a twin double beds room. Very spacious and clean. Facilities wise, swimming pool is one of the best among the ones we have been. Pool temperature was just right. The highlight must have been the restaurant, very friendly and helpful staffs. Very luxury fine dinning experience. We have had breakfast and dinner there everyday during our stay. Overall, very good hotel
