Very clean
It is the only hotel I stayed in in Brazil so I cannot compare it to others. The breakfast buffet was extensive. My review is probably somewhat colored by the fact that I do not speak Portuguese and most of the staff does not speak English - but they try very hard. I think it probably deserved more than an OK.

Acredito que poderia ter oferecido um apartamento com um conforto maior ou oferecido um upgrade, haja visto que estávamos com uma criança e teria sido melhor se nos colocássemos em um apartamento maior. Mesmo porquê o hotel não estava lotado e poderia ter oferecido esse diferencial. A equipe do hotel bem receptiva, café da manhã bem gostoso.

O quarto e banheiro tem cheiro desagradável, não cheira limpeza. O piso parece engordurado ao andar nele. O quarto é escuro, a lâmpada não ilumina bem e fica fluorescente no escuro, ou seja, não dá pra dormir no escuro. Tem poucas tomadas e ainda não funcionam todas. Os lençóis e fronhas são amarelados e não totalmente limpos. Travesseiros mto firmes e altos e cama mole.

Estadia mais ou menos pelo custo benefício
Achei razoável o custo benefício. Hotel com cheiro de não ser arejado.m, quarto idem, até porque o banheiro não têm janela. Vazou água pelo box todos os dias, horrível isso. Só tive esses dois problemas. Pros: atendimento de todos colaboradores foi excelente, café da manhã bom, almoço e jantas excelentes. Wifi muito bom. Localização boa.
