Nicest stay in Cuzco
Excellent place to stay!!! Close to the main plaza, the 13 sided rock, restaurants and souvenir markets. And if you are traveling with a family of 5, our room had 3 twin beds and 1 queen bed.

BEWARE - THEY WILL *NOT* HOLD YOUR RESERVATION. I would love to be able to tell you about this hotel, but they did NOT hold our reservation. We arrived after a long walk from the taxi drop-off with heavy backpacks, and the man at the front desk scrambled to find our reservation. When he finally found my name, he said he'd have to take us to a different hotel that was "the same." We were taken about 2 blocks away to a pretty gross place with a room with 4 beds and no hot water. We stayed one night there and booked a full AirBnb for the next 3 nights in Cusco - $25/night for a full one-bedroom apartment was WAY better than this.

Recomdable para una estadia comoda en Cusco
Bien ubicado a pocas cuadras de la Plaza de Armas. Es un hostal o hostel, mas que un hotel. Muy buena atención por parte del personal. Super amables y educados. Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias, las camas muy cómodas. Solo te dan 1 jabón, no hay shampoo. El desayuno estuvo muy bien con panes, fiambre, mermelada, manteca y frutas. La habitación no tenia armario o lugar donde colgar la ropa. Tiene TV con cable. Si lo que quieres es un lugar donde dormir, este lugar es apropiado. No busques otros servicios.

No era lo esperado
La habitación no tenia ventanas y el baño emanaba un olor nauseabundo a cloaca. Por otro lado al pagar nos cobraron un adicional por hacerlo con tarjeta debito,siendo que en la página no esta mencionado ni tampoco advertido. El precio por estadía no lo valía por lo que era realmente el hotel. El trato era cordial. Las fotos no coinciden 100% con lo que realmente es el lugar. Finalmente nos cambian dos dias antes de irnos a una habitación con ventana pero sin servicio de tv. El desayuno era aceptable.
