Took the kids to the city to enjoy the Xmas festivities. Check in was smooth, room was large, location is great. Is close to construction but couldn’t hear anything. Room was opposite the church and couldn’t hear the bells when they rolled in the morning. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were all lovely

Wonderful stay with above and beyond customer service. We had a small issue with the power points and they quickly resolved it and gave us some chocolates to say sorry. The room was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was probably the best ive had! So delicious & so many options

What a disappointment! Set your expectations low. Location is great but that’s the only positive for this hotel. Rooms are old and dirty. Hair in the tub, dirty carpet, elevator broke while inside. Oh and the window washer at 8:00am with no notice from the hotel so we could close the curtain. They need to completely remodel the hotel and get a new GM to train their staff. 3 star hotel in a 5 star location. What a shame.

We stayed over Melbourne marathon weekend and it couldn’t have been better. Staff were great despite the busyness, the bathroom was HUGE. Really lovely hotel, definitely stay here again.
