Pros: Friendly staff, at central plaza, safe, nice food and breakfast. Cons: Misleading room charges. Only allowed 1 person to stay in a queen/king size bed room. Had to pay extra room charge for my partner even though the reserved room was large enough for two people. Had to pay extra Peruvian tax for my partner because they are from Peru.

It is all about location - a short 5-minute walk to the main square in historic Cusco. Fantastic off-property dining options within a 5 or 10 minute walk. Decent on-property dining and a basic included breakfast as well.

Nice hotel right in the historic district. Everything is walkable. 15 minute uber ride from the airport. Nice spread for breakfast, which starts at 4:30am, perfect if you need to get up really early to visit Machu Picchu. WiFi is slow but reliable. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Cusco.

Food service is excellent and got 4 star rate. Breakfast is awesome. But everythig else is either 2.5 or 3 star. Beds are not at all comfortable. Rooms are very small or does not meet 4 star standards. Hotel rating is exaggerated.
