Situated in the old part of the city gives one easy access to the prettiest area of the city. Love the central patio and the excellent food in the restaurant. Hotel employees are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this property to those planning a trip to Cusco.

The only good thing is the location. The room was terrible, outdated and loud. The breakfast is subpar with stale bread. The staff literally didn’t care at all about us and were mostly just grumpy - only one girl in the restaurant in the morning was nice. This was very disappointing because everyone else we’ve met in Peru has been incredible and all other hotel staff have been wonderful. We stayed for 4 nights and I had booked to stay for an extra night on our way back from the Amazon but cancelled and booked elsewhere. I don’t recommend this place.

Stayin in this hotel is like a time traveler trip with all the modern amenities. Convenient location in the hart of Cusco. Wonderful breakfast and dining option or just a sip of Pisco Sour in the courtyard.

Top notch service and accomodations
This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Centrally located this was a perfect hotel for us to link in with our tour guides. The staff are incredibly friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The local tradition of setting off fireworks took some getting used to (0430hrs on a Sunday!). The only negative comment for our stay was the room was quite small, there was only one glass and one coffee capsule (no instructions for the coffee machine - thank you YouTube), the king sized bed felt small too us, so we thought it was a single occupancy room. An extra coffee capsule was denied by the room cleaner when asked for. We would stay here again though, muchas gracias.
