The breakfast tickets that allows you to get a Komeda's coffee breakfast is excellent. Very delicious. The onsite onsen is a godsend to sore muscles after much walking around. The room is quite small and awkward when two people share it with a big suitcases each. The double bed was comfortable but one side was against a wall and made it hard when two people share it. The person will have to climb over the other, possibly waking them in the night if the need to use the bathroom arises. Good luck trying to use the laundry machines, they were always in use when we tried to use them. Great hotel overall and I would recommend it. Though for two people perhaps get the two seperate beds option if available.

Pretty good bang for your buck

It's located where the action is. The open air public bath has a view of the Skytree. The rooms were a bit small. Only one laundry machine for the entire hotel was a bit disappointing. But there's an awesome 24/7 coin laundry nearby that has better prices. Overall a good choice for the price.

It's very convenient for travel to all of Tokyo areas. There are enough varieties of dining options nearby and a family mart opposite of the hotel. Would recommend it.

I had a decent experience at this hotel. The customer service was satisfactory, though the hotel can get quite busy. One of the standout features is its innovative self-check-in technology, which makes the process smooth and efficient. For those who do not speak the local language, it's important to note that the washing and drying machines are located on the 14th floor inside the onsen area, with only one machine available in both the ladies' and men's sections. However, there are laundromats within walking distance that are well-kept, and when we used them, they weren’t overly busy. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including brushes, hair ties, yukata, and slippers, which added comfort to the stay. The location is decent, and having a restaurant café downstairs made grabbing a meal easy. Overall, it’s a decent option with a few minor inconveniences to keep in mind.

During my stay was a typical APA experience - tiny room, open air hotel center, close to transportation. But the lead up to checking into the hotel was needlessly stressful. They kept telling me if I was “late” checking in they would give away my PREPAID room, which is insane. Check in starts at three, so checking in any time before the 10pm deadline should not be considered late. And sending repeated stress-inducing messages that if I’m “late” for the 3pm check-in and they dont hear from me about being late, they will give away my room is horrible policy. No other APA hotel that I stayed at did this. Luckily nothing happened but for the stress this caused I will never stay at this hotel again/recommend them.

It was quite nice staying here, staff was very helpful! The only thing was the option for the aircon was available since it adjusts automatically due to the weather outside. ( the heater was on, so it was a bit hot when sleeeping for the night)
