Conveniently located and well kept. Wish the buffet breakfast was complimentary or the kitchen was open to more offerings. Property is under a new name so there are a few maintenance items that need attention. Overall, staff is friendly and rooms are well sized and comfortable.

Do not refund deposits
The hotel was fantastic. I travel 4 days a week, and stay in several hotels per night. Don’t expect to get your deposit back they just keep it. So if staying there just tax on $50 to your room stay.

The property is nice for the price in this area overall. Some of the rooms smell like smoke from external source: nearby Hard 8 BBQ that has a smoker. I booked there several times and no real issues. I wish that Orbitz would negotiate no penalty booking with this property and others. I had my flight cancelled literally right after I booked (same day) and got penalized one day. I know many properties do this but I received nothing. This is not something I would do personally so I won't be staying there even again since I had stayed there 20 different stays and it made no difference. Marriott lets me cancel short notice. I am Titanium but still.
