This is my second time staying there in the past two months out of convenience near UT Southwestern Medical Center. Cleanliness matters to me however convenience to the Medical Center outweighs the other. Breakfast was good. Self serve

Staff is very friendly. Parking was easy. Beds are comfortable. Kinda a weird smell in the lobby. Otherwise it’s a great place for the price!

The Hotel was in a convenient location, most staff were friendly, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. My daughter and I stayed overnight, everything was fine until we tried to get breakfast, we were stopped at the door at 9am and told breakfast was closed. The staff even started to close the door on us, disappointing to say the least. Of course at check in they assured us of the 6am until 10am breakfast option.

Bathroom door didn’t close ceiling had a huge patch like of a different color paint like possibly something happened they fixed it or covered it don’t know the bed was itchy the little couch was old and dirty looking room was outdated the best feature was bathroom mirrors and the modern feel to the room doors we had no issues it was safe otherwise wouldn’t spend over 100 for it

The hotel is old and need of repair. It was not clean. You could only get your room serviced if you requested it. Needed towels and were told to come down and pick them up. Our keys did not work and I was given a new room and told how to use the keys! ( I know how to use a key!)
