This hotel is centrally located in the heart of downtown Dallas. You can walk literally anywhere you want. However, parking is about $45 night (which I thought was expensive. So if you stay there you may want to park a block and half away at a municipal lot that will charge you significantly less. Also, not much to do within the block or two around the property as streets are empty. But a few blocks away you can find the historic downtown district with more stuff to do. Overall it’s a great hotel in a convenient area for tourists and business travelers alike.

The "great"- Very clean and beds were super comfortable. Exercise room was great. Used the laundry. The 'could do better"- Roof top drinks and food closed even though it was advertised as open on all posters and tv. That was number one reason I booked so we could see Dallas lit up! boo. The only reason it's not excellent is no pool/spa.

great location for history & museum buffs
I loved the location! The view out our window was of The Dallas Herald newspaper building, the Train station & the Reunion tower! The restaurant/bar up on the 12th floor was clean and not too loud. Prices were reasonable. The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. The valet pulled our car up to allow us to store our luggage after we checked out, and then parked it again, just so that we could walk to Dealy plaza & the JFK memorial which was only a couple of blocks!

The property was really nice. There was a club across the street can get loud. Wish we would have stay on the opposite side of hotel. Also wasnt able to visit the rooftop lounge, because there was a private event. Other them that the hotel was nice.
