I am a Dallas resident, and decided to do a staycation on property for a night only. Upon arriving and checking in, the staff were super sweet. My fiancé and I decided to drop our bags off, and participate in our scheduled activities downtown. Around 10pm, due to us both having work the next morning, we decided to call it a night and return to our room. When we decided to shower, we discovered two dirty towels. One with what appeared to be a blood stain, and one that appeared to be a poop stain. Due to us being tired, we just used the same apparent clean towel to wash up, addressing the issue in the morning. Upon preparing to bed, we pulled back the comforter only to find a decent size brown crusty spot on the sheets. We unquestionably requested new sheets, the new sheets were brought and those pair was not the right size. We requested a new pair of sheets and those sheets were damp. Finally the last pair of sheets we requested was fine enough. Not to mention, we had to change all pairs of sheets ourselves. We ended up not going to bed until almost 2, dealing with that and it sucked. Great hotel, but for almost $200 for one night, we experienced a true inconvenience. After explaining my situation during checkout, all the manager could offer was a free garage parking… Extremely unsatisfied, questioning my next visit here..
