We stayed because our grandson was transferred to Children’s Hospital from Texarkana and had emergency surgery, had complications and we stayed longer than planned. Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. The young man in the Bistro was exceptionally nice.

Very comfortable room. Needed to vacuumed better but overall it was nice. Vending machines were quite a distance away from the room which made it inconvenient to get something to drink or snack on.

I had to request to the front desk guy to please have somebody clean the room and he told me that they clean the room every other day and i told him it's been three days since we arrive and has not been cleaned up
