I had some discrepancies with my stay. First let me start by saying, that your front desk staff should not be working such a crucial important position. They are what set the standards of the hotel. My team hosted an event there and everyone in my event agreed on this fact. Your front desk staff work in the hospitality field. They should embody just that, with the exception of the bald African American guy with glasses. The rest of the front desk staff were extremely rude. Apart from being rude to me, I witnessed them be rude to other customers as well. My team and event were also treated very unpleasantly impolite. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, and I have stayed at a lot. This was the worst and unprofessional experience I've had. The rest of the staff treated us with decency, I am only talking about the front desk. Also, the AC inside the room was not working. There was no way of stoping the vent as paying customers had traveled and from other cities to attend the event. Therefore we sat through 2 days of classes in a hot room. That had everyone sweating through out the class all day. This made our customers very uncomfortable. Definitely not the experience we strive to provide for them. To put icing on the cake. I had a grey case, with a virtual reality headset. This was inside my luggage. I packed it there and didn't even use it, due to the fact I was extremely busy with my event. Therefore it never came out of my luggage. I am now home, and the grey case

This property has so much potential. Lovely hotel but major upgrades needed. Room smelled musty. Bathroom plug didn’t work. Tiles falling off wall. Had to call room service and both phones in the room did not work. Had to use my cell phone to call the front desk.

Excellent service. Rooms are large, however very dusty on the vents and fire extinguisher sprinkler heads. Great breakfast, and welcome evening cocktails. Ms. Sonya was on top of the situation, however.

Walked in front entrance was NOT greeted by anyone. Walked to front desk “Bret” was arguing angrily over cell phone in hand. As I waited for his conversation to be over he rudely asked what I needed. I stated my name and I had arrived for check in. He looked annoyed and ask rudely for my Drivers License. After literally 28 minutes of complete silence he threw my room cards on counter did not explain property details. After 20 minutes of walking around finally a man came an asked if he could assist unfortunately we didn’t exchange names. He assisted us to the directions of the elevator. Once in room is where the next saga begins. Called to front desk asked if we could be moved but to no avail. The price for this property is absolutely NOT WORTH your hard earned money not only to the poor customer service but to their rooms.

During a very busy Dallas weekend (OU Texas game), management gave all double queen rooms to a bus tour, including our two reserved double queen rooms. Then there was not enough linens and towels. Had to use wash clothes and floor mats to dry off from a shower. Many other guests shared in our same experience. This was not our normal experience for Embassy Suites. If management wants to sell out every room, it is time to buy new supplies. Hopefully the extra you charged me for the busy weekend will help. Breakfast was great as always. The night manager did a great job with what she was left.

bed pillow & pillow case has mildew and the head board of the bed was coming apart the potatoes for breakfast was under cooked ran out of oatmeal before breakfast was over , I stayed at several embassy suites this one at 4650 airport freeway was a terrible experience.
