The good. Great staff from front desk to dining and bar.
The bad. Checked in Tuesday evening. Went to take shower on Wednesday AM. No hot water. Reported it. They said engineering would check out. No feedback. Next day. No hot water. Reported again. Another cold shower. Thursday went to shower again. No hot water. Reported again. Yet another cold shower. Engineering guy told me construction workers must have done something. Finally fixed on Saturday AM when we went to check out.
Thought we should have been communicated with or an offer to change room or an apology. None given.
Since we booked on Expedia they did not see my Hilton profile where in my life have stayed well over 500 nights. Not sure they even know that this was our fifth stay at the hotel in two years and in each case was nearly a week
Very disappointed in the stay. Will be writing a letter to the GM this week with same feedback to see what they have to say.
