Waited at check in for 10 mins before anyone greeted us to check in. The mini fridge did not work correctly, so it didn't keep things cool enough. Ice maker on our floor didn't work...member of staff stated it hadn't worked in 6 months. For as much as we spent on the room, the bathroom was tiny. But, at least the room was clean and the AC worked.

Most of our stay was great. Issue with bathroom door coming off rollers and fell. Unable to fix it. We told front desk. We were disappointed in the high cost for breakfast. Rarely have we stayed at a hotel where there wasn’t a free breakfast.

The property was nice. However, I didn’t like that there was no free continental breakfast after paying $100 a night. Also there was no indication that they did not do room service unless requested. The staff was nice. The left side elevator was messing up. The door would open and semiclose then open again. It would do that like 3 times before it closed all the way. Not sure how often the trash is taken out. The trash by the floor on the fourth floor stunk. So for those reasons I give them 3 stars.
