Very nice property. Not so much when traveling with your pets. The pet area was a joke when it came to accessing the area. I had to walk with my support animal almost to the street which is right at interstate 20 just to get to designated pet area. After the struggle of getting over there in the darkness, there aren't any trash cans to dispose of your pets waste that you pick up.
Walls are pretty thin. I woke up to domestic noises from other guests.
Even though the rooms could have been a little more updated… the front desk employees made it a good stay.. (bathroom and entryway was updated) the guy upfront was extremely helpful and friendly. Good service goes a long way.

They overbooked and gave my room away. Then when I was finally able to get a room after about 30 minutes of standing around and not knowing if I will need to find a new place, I was given a room with a broken air conditioner, multiple bugs on the floor that needed to be killed, the phones didn’t work, and the WiFi also only worked in the lobby
I was somewhat surprized that the breakfast bar was not included with the room rental, so we opted to dine elsewhere. I usually only grab an item or two for breakfast, which couldnt justify the price for me, or my young granddaughter
The manager on duty was Cash, and he was very quiet and meek and not personable at all. We walked into our room and were immediately greeted by bugs, looked like flying roaches. Within a span of 5 mins we killed a dozen and of course we called to the front desk. Cash the manager said come down so they could change the room. My wife and I were in town because our daughter was having surgery snd wanted to be close to the hospital so we didn’t panic and hoped the next room wouldn’t be the same. Cash said the rain was the cause of bugs coming into our rooms. The spray company hadn’t completed the spraying earlier in the week he said and would complete it the next day. So he gave us some free “breakfast vouchers” which was cool but how can we eat at a place after seeing so many critters in our room. So now we are in our second room. I only saw one bug but it was late and so we went to sleep. We woke up to a couple of more bugs but we had to go and we were gone the entire day and into most of the evening. Finally back into our room at about midnight and there are more bugs. Called downstairs and no one answered the phone. I went down stairs and no one is at the desk. So we plugged up our ears with tissue and went to bed. So realizing we had one more night and we were there to help our daughter after the surgery we decided to tough it out. We saw the maid as we closed our door and asked her to clean our room. She said ok! We got back later that night and service was done. Terrible!
