Watch out for the cockroaches
The hotel was horrible. Arrived and was given a room. Unfortunately the room smelled of smoke and had dirty marks all around the floor. That was not too bad, but the appearance of Cockroaches was too much. I called the front desk and they claimed they had no other rooms available and the roaches were normal. According to the front desk, the manager would follow up with me. Never happened.

I arrived very late at night and the staff member was very kind and worked quickly to get me checked in. He asked me if he could arrange shuttle service for me in the morning, and provided a toothbrush/toothpaste for me since my luggage remained with the airline and I was traveling with only a backpack. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of hot and cold items including made to order pancakes. The room was very large, well appointed and clean. My only constructive feedback would be additional directions to operate the smart TV to make navigating the channels easier.

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport; it says they offer an airport shuttle, but I was leaving at 9 p.m. I called them to get a shuttle, but they said they didn't provide one after 9 pm the next day. When we wanted to get back to the airport, they said it was already full .. so in the end, I still had to pay for a taxi to get from and back to the airport

Staff was extremely kind and professional. Room was beautiful and clean. Water was hot and there was even herbal tea in my room. The free airport shuttle was a great help. Love Holiday Inn.
