Bedbug bites reported to front desk staff and day manager 1 day later by phone due to travel. Was in first floor suite near lobby which was very spacious. I asked for a call back with results of inspection but none came! The 18 bites welts and erythema were gone by 14 days. Used topical cream to reduce itching.

Our stay was quick and fast for travel. The hotel and rooms were nice. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We left before breakfast service so I can't leave a review there. Would stay again.

A port in the storm...
It was an emergency stay for a cancelled flight due to weather. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was quick and efficient and provided toothbrushes and paste. No food available in facility and no car, so went to bed hungry. Shuttle service was a real convenience.

The hot water cut off during part of my stay. I had plans change and had to stay in the room. My TV nor any of the other tv's in the hotel connect to the internet so i had to watch less than basic cable. The front desk told me my option was nothing or call their IT at 11:45pm to yry and connect. No i dont work for you on vacation. So now im in a room with no TV and decent wifi
