3 hours after checkin our room was still not ready. My son was sick and needed desperately to lay down. Had to end up going across the street to another hotel. No money refunded. Horribke experience

When arrived, room not ready at 7PM. Told staff quit and lone staff member was on his own. Felt bad. He said room would be ready in 30 minutes. Left, came back at 9PM. Room still not ready. Family waited in lobby until 9:40pm when room was ready. Been coming here for years to see family; may try different locaiton.

Wow! We had the best experience here!! Everything was clean, including the amazing indoor pool!! Our room was clean and very spacious! I love how the kitchen was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Friendly service and lovely people helping you here, too with anything you need!!

Room was not ready for over an hour after check in time. Super frustrating. Our room was clean though and pool was nice. Breakfast had lots of variety.

Upon arrival at 3:30 our 2 bed room suite was not available. There was chaos between the receptionist and manager. . She asked if we wanted a queen bed. Then she went to see what rooms were available. . She was gone for a good 15 minutes. I asked if we could just leave and get another hotel. Missy ( the receptionist) said yes snd said she would have the manager approve it when she returned from looking for a room. So far the process had taken a good 20 minutes. I never received an email, so I called. The manager and Missy never spoke about the matter. The manager , Jennifer, was rude . I have to ask the question … why would I leave if I was not told I could get a refund by missy?? They dropped the ball on having a 2 bedroom suite available. When I called Expedia , I was on hold while she contacted the hotel. Then disconnected. Not a good experience! Wouldn’t stay there. Staff seems nice, but doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Great location
Location is great but the hotel needs to upgrade their furniture in the room specially the mattress. The nightstand was not cleaned, there was spill from drinks and was not wiped off. The breakfast could of had more options and the eggs were very blend.

I usually like to stay at a Hilton property, However, this one needed some attention. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The bathroom floors were sticky and the room is VERY outdated.

Was hit with hidden fees and no where was it mentioned. Also our linens smelt like a nursing home, dishes were dirty inside our cupboard. We were told during checkout we had to pay for our parking for each day we used it?!? You could not tell the difference between staff and people staying at the hotel with their extremely laid back clothing and slang used when speaking with them. We will not be returning to this hotel even with the convinient location.

Tons of crickets in hallways and our room, also inside near the exits. Cleanliness could’ve been better. We also checked out a day early and they still charged us for the last night. 👎😡 said it was their policy.
