Water is was not hot in the shower, lukewarm at best. Comforter was stained. Hotel has a shuttle that would take guest within a 5 mile radius, but was told by the manager there was not a driver.

I loved my stay. Very clean. The bed was a bit harder than I like but overall it was excellent. Roberto at the bar/ restaurant is an incredible asset to the hotel. Friendly and attentive.

There wasnt anything really bad about property except maybe parking and appearance of shower... Parking- Convenient and no charge BUT it's open to people to park and walk along the park/water, limiting spots for hotel customers Shower Appearance- Shower was GREAT, temperature and easy to use, but the ceiling could be painted or something cuz it's unappealing... Overal, the hotel is a 9, would recommend...

The front desk people were the best. Lobby is inviting. My husband and I had a room and my sister was across the hall. We enjoyed meeting downstairs for coffee and breakfast, and were served often by the same sweet girl (Vanessa?) who also did room service. She was so pleasant and worked A LOT. We will stay again when visiting.

Enjoyed my recent two night stay at the Indigo. I would strongly recommend that you set up an early morning coffee station since your restaurant does not open until 7:00am...I had to leave for an early flight this morning (6:30) and could not even get a coffee when I checked out. I saw several other guests in the lobby as well...I think this would enhance the services your hotel provides quite nicely. Thank you. C.Visconti

This property is so unique. The gym had good equipment. The bar and kitchen are nice and the staff was extremely friendly. I had a fantastic stay.

I was very disappointed with the front desk staff that I spoke to after searching for an item I left behind. It made me reflect on the type of service I received while staying there and it was not friendly, warm or inviting. I will not be back. It is unfortunate that staff members are not trained with a customer service mind set. My rating is more a reflection of my experience post stay, but has an impact on my poor rating for overall experience.

Only problem we had was no hand towels or washcloths in the room. They gave me hand towels and said they were short on washcloths. When I insisted on a washcloth the gentleman at the desk seemed a little put out but eventually had some sent up. Otherwise everyone was very friendly. It was very clean and pleasant. The food at the “bar and bistro” was good. The surrounding area is lovely with a nice walking path behind the hotel. Comerica Center is a short easy walk.
