Our air conditioner/heat unit was too loud. Maintenance didnt hear it when they came. Got really bad called them back. 11pm at night they are fiddling eith it on the phone 30 minutes later they tell us they will be back jn 5 min. They were not called front desk they want to switch rooms we have to het up at 4:40am for a flight I said just leave it moving grandma and 4 others this late we will sleep. But guess that was wrong as 2 hours later room is so hit we cant take it but grandma happy. I asked if there wss a room we could just try and nap in for a couple hours. They said yes for a charge. I said I am not paying a fee for all this crap. Horrible stay. We kept having to speek in an app with Maintenance to translate and it took forever.
The night staff at check in was amazing. They were very professional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. At check in the person checking me in (I believe Benny was his name). Was very polite and accommodating. I will definitely consider this location for future stays
