Unbelievable. Found ourselves stranded in Dallas from the ice storm. Kimberly and Nikkel were amazing our whole stay. Goodie bag with toiletries and chocolate pretzels. Coupon for half off a very good dinner. Helpful and kind way beyond expectations. Would return just because of these two.

The check-in staff was more than accommodating. I was stranded at the airport overnight without my luggage. They provided me with a robe, fresh bottled water and a toothbrush. The restaurant had an amazing Caprese Buccanti pasta. It was so nice to grab dinner late and relax in a comfortable room before flying out the next morning.
