The hotel on your site appeared much cleaner than it was by far. The baseboards in bathroom had mold, room stunk and the bedding was not fresh looking. Bedskirt had stains, chair had stains. All over not worth near the amount we paid for this room. Would appreciate refund of some kind or discount.

The property was very nice and right off the I30 highway. There were times I could hear traffic outside of my room, so it's not always the quietest. But it was very convenient.

Customer service was horrible. We had a leak under our sink. We were never offered a refund or any sort of compensation for the major inconvenience. They didn’t have maintenance on staff to solve the issue. Horrible experience. Management was non existent.

Great for going to Texas CU Theater Events
This hotel worked very well for us. And bonus they had a shuttle (for a fee) to the Texas CU Theater for the concert we were going to that night. Very reasonable and we didn’t have to deal with traffic. Between great hotel stay and shuttle this was perfect for us for this stay.
