Our tv didn’t work so we moved to a different room but the air didn’t work so we ended up moving back to our original room. We won’t be staying again.

I stayed with my 2 other friends for a celebration. We had a few spots near us (Dennys, Liquor store, Restaurants). Most activities/spots were about 12-17min Uber rides, the airport is super close by. Our first room was dirty but they quickly gave us another one. The ice machine was broken the whole time during our stay so we would have to ask staff to grab from kitchen every time. Breakfast was small (eggs,sausage,waffles) & ended pretty early (9-9:30am). The pool was a little bit dirty. Staff was nice overall, they were quick to help with issues during our stay.

I did not like how they miss inform about the distance to the airport and there was no shuttle from hotel to airport. They will tell you the shuttle is down when they don’t have one my overall rating for this reason is very low

Mini fridge stopped working. Leaked water all in the room! Tv stopped working. No picture just sound! They didn’t offer anything except changing rooms. Which was less than what I paid for! Not a very good experience at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I would look for another place to stay in this area!

I booked a king bed but was given two beds, I was given a two beds and was told the is no King bedroom that I paid for. When I woke up, I had to go to the front and talk about it again about giving me a king bed not two beds. Then I was given a king bed. Please the hotel work on giving what the client book for, and paid for. And the shower in the two bedroom was so poor. Please fix it. I wasn’t happy for this experience.
