The AC was not working in our room. It would not allow us to change the temp and it seemed like the room would not go cooler than a specific temperature which was not accurate on the thermostat. There was a hair in the towels in our bathroom and the bath tub was grimey and didn’t seem clean. The facility had chipped paint everywhere, run down furniture, and needs a good renovation done everywhere.

Very clean room with stylish decor. I also liked that it was very quiet despite being so close to the airport. Only real disappointment was the desk staff were not especially welcoming at check in and I had to ask them about the hotel and shuttle service rather than them offering to tell me about the place. Not a huge deal but a little off-putting.

Accommodate you guest under these circumstances.
Staff was super nice , but the air conditioning went out upon my arrival. I was told they would move me the the Double Tree down the street to accommodate me, but I got my reservations through a third party therefore I would have had to call them to cancel my reservation, have the the Sheraton to confirm and then rebook with you which meant my refund could take days and I was in no financial stay to do that. Needless to say I asked for a fan that kept me pretty comfortable overnight.

The staff were amazing!! Especially the lady that was there when I checked in. I don’t remember her name. Black lady with her nails done. Super nice woman. My daughter even said she wanted to come back because this lady was so awesome, and hoped she would still be there. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Rooms were clean.
