I never checked in - I canceled the hotel due to family reasons and the staff were very rude about it - they told me to contact expedia and expedia told me to contact the hotel - I still got charges for the night!! I also called Marriot App for help and got not assistance -I was referred back to the hotel - I spent 2 hours on the phone and gave up!

In need of an update. Dirty and grungy.
The room was filthy. For starters the bathroom was littered with mold and pubic hairs, around the toilet base and in the shower. The shower door was missing and instead of replacing they put a moldy shower curtain in its place. Secondly, the room had trash under the desk. The fridge didn’t work and the door had a visible 1/4-1/2” gal init to the hallway. Had a rowdy bunch of kids runny back in forth upstairs from our room from midnight to 6am. Banging and jumping and laughing. Told the front desk and nothing was done about it despite being “quiet hours”. The bedding given for the pull out sofa was ripped and smelt as if it hasn’t been washed in a month. Overall very disappointed in the room and amenities. Only thing that eased the high price tag was exceptional service from the kid at the front named Thomas.

The property was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The issue is their follow up with our request. My room didn’t have a fridge, I asked for one and they said they would get us one but never did. I asked twice. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they said yes of course and they didn’t clean it. We had to make our bed and throw out our trash. The breakfast area is not kept up with, it’s gets messy, it stays dirty. Breakfast tastes great though. It’s a shame because they are so friendly.

The staff here are top notch. The building was very clean, breakfast was good. The room had a smell to it that I think was from the AC unit. The room was smaller than we expected, being it was a suite. Everyone that worked here was friendly, helpful and very accommodating.
