My family and I got stranded on Christmas Eve at Dallas airport because of American Airlines technical issues, so we end up spending the night at the Joule hotel. The ladies that welcomed us were wonderful and empathetic of our missing Christmas Eve with our family. They gave us a beautiful room and saved our day. We had a good Christmas dinner at one of the hotel restaurants and we left the following morning to catch our flight and rejoin the rest of our family in Albuquerque for Christmas Day. Many thanks to these ladies. I forgot to ask their names.
