The staff made our stay amazing! Just a few things; please clean the mildew from the waterfall at the pool, it would take no time! The pool bar attendant didn’t acknowledge me while I stand there for about 5 minutes, a simple “I’ll be right there with you” would have been enough. There also wasn’t any shampoo in the shower, so I washed my hair with body wash :)

I booked the Top Golf suite but all the necessary equipment needed for the games were unavailable. Very disappointed because a couple of the games were inoperable.

When I turned down the shower, it sprayed into the bathroom, hitting me and drenching the whole room before I could turn it off. Housekeeping had left the hand sprayer pointing directly into the room. When I took a shower, there was a hair on the wall. It was not mine. When I left for the evening, I asked them to clean up the water. They assured me they would. It was not done. The bathroom was soaked until I checked out the next morning.

The lobby area was really hot. Seems to me. There is no AC in there cleaning the room. It took four hours. Service is not fast. They are understaffed. I am not recommended not even to my dog
