Parking was quite expensive. There were a couple of cleaning details in the bathroom that were not taken care of properly. Also the doors slam quite loudly and the party across the hall was very noisy very little sound isolation for the rooms from the street noise or from other guests

Was a great stay. Property was really nice and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Hotel has a sentimental piece to it with my grandfather employed by the Melrose in the 1940s as an elevator operator

Everyone was so accommodating at the front desk, however, the cleanliness of the room I stayed in was unacceptable; the work desk had stains on it, there were dirty coffee cups on the table, and the complimentary lotion on the vanity was used.

A little different this time
This hotel is where I almost always stay in Dallas. I usually use room service once. This time, it was not satisfactory. I had to call and tell them it was not good. Maybe just a fluke.
