The food and ambience was good. The room was spacious and clean, however, the pillows were not comfortable, they were too high. The bed was soft and comfy though.

When I showed up at the place, the lady tried to charge me the full amount for my stay but on my card I only had certain amount so I asked the lady do I need to transfer so it can be on my card. She told me no & tried to charge my card the full amount & she charge 1 price and try to charge the other price so at this point the money kept getting declined and refunded it did it 3 times. she went ahead and just checked me in to get a room because I feel like she knew that she messed up about how she charged my card. So the next day Another lady came to me & stated that they never received the payment for my say but on my account it showed that it was pending the so when I showed her the account, the lady act like she didn’t care she told me that it didn’t show that they collected anything from me but on my account it was showing that it was pending so the lady told me that I need to call My Bank & figure out how to get my money. Because it showed on the hotel part that they never received the money so when I called My Bank they told me it was gonna take 3 to 5 business days till I got the money back on my card because it showed that they were holding my money. When I told the lady that at the front desk, she wasn’t willing to work with me. She told me I had to find another place to stay or come up with the money.

Lobby and dining areas were nice yet fro t desk staff was not very friendly nor helpful at checking - nothing said about where the elevator was located or rules for parking. My room was pre-paid and a 50 hold for incidentals was placed on my card that has not been released yet. (Checked out 18 hours ago). The room was clean but a strange smell came from heater when switched from cool air to heat. Beds two doubles were fluffy and high off the floor. Lots of pillows, a desk and extra tables in room for accessories etc was helpful. Yet poor lighting in bathroom made it difficult for putting makeup on.

Beware of the shuttle!!
The hotel itself is great; comfortable bed, nice room, good breakfast. The issue is with the shuttle; you have to call to be picked up, which is fine if they answer. I had to call 3 different times, once they couldn’t hear me, second time I was on hold for 5 minutes and the last time, when they answered, I was told 10-15 minutes which was closer to 30 minutes. We actually considered using an Uber

Great rooms
I found the cleanliness and spacious rooms to be above what I expected. Very comfortable stay. The only thing that could be better was the breakfast. The pancake maker wasn’t working and the eggs and bacon were so-so.
