A not so pleasant surprise
The lobby looked nice, though it wasn't my type of style or decor, but looked good. The hallways on the 6th floor were always very hot and the room was hot and would go down to stuffy, never cool or comfortable to enjoy a day in. There were not enough plugs for all of our electronics and devices. The bed was too firm and the pillows were not only lacking, but too flimsy and flat. I did not get any restful sleep on a trip that was supposed to be a relaxing, restful getaway from a hectic moment in our very busy lives. Unfortunately, i will not be recommending this hotel to anyone i know, sorry.

If your goal is to sleep on a bed of rocks then this is your place for you!!! The beds were horrible I asked for a different room but all of the beds were the same. The floor on the side close to the shower was wet, I imagine that the water is leaking thru. Saw a few spots of broken glass in the parking lot - evidence of broken into vehicles but of course I saw a few the lighting in the parking lot was poor to none!!!

The rooms are clean, functional, and a nice size. The staff professional and attentive. It feels abandoned. The lunch and dinner service are not available in the big restaurant. The interior design is dated and the exterior is in real need of repair. They will probably available rooms because so few want to stay there.

The place is so dirty. At check in there was no one to great us and the employee that came out checked me in with his mouth full of food I couldn’t understand what he was saying. The swimming pool was full of cigarette buds and the seating was all stained. And the room was also dirty as well. Not family friendly and will not be returning

Back cameras don’t work. Our vehicle got stolen
We will not be staying here ever again. When I checked in they never asked for vehicle information which I thought was odd. That same night there was a graduation party and a wedding. There wasn’t parking in the front so we parked in the back. We woke up Sunday morning to find our vehicle was stolen we locked it and had the keys with us. Talked to the front desk about cameras. Their cameras don’t work on the sides or in the back. That’s when they informed us they let people park wherever upfront. Nice to know right AFTER our $60k pickup got stolen and we are 7.5 hrs from home. Our room smelt like mildew/mold and after the rain we noticed the window leaked horribly. The elevators and halls smell like weed. Our tv speakers sounded like they were going out. Plug in outlets were loose and one I noticed was hot glued to stay in place. I have stayed in worse places but their cameras worked and I didn’t have to fly back home.
