When I arrived early to check in the young lady at the desk was so kind and accommodating. She said she would have a room ready shortly. I think I waited five minutes and the room was ready to go into. And she was very kind and courteous to me, while I stay here, I found out housekeeping staff, breakfast staff Met in the hallway were very kind and helpful Stay all the much more comforting you are doing a great job! I just love Moe at the front desk. He was so nice , gave out baked cookies he makes for the guests checking in. The employees are courteous and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the hotel smelled nice and was inviting. Had a blast at the pool with my grandkids. Continental breakfast was always good . I enjoyed the area as well! Will definitely stay again on next visit .

I had 10 teenagers in my home (kids brought friends home from college). I decided I wanted a quiet night and booked a room. Checked in about 5pm and from 5pm til 11pm all I heard was kids screaming, people running down the hall. Just madness. I called the front desk and they apologized. I could not rest at all, ended up leaving. Lets not forget to mention that the room smelled musty, the blanket had a yellow stain and overall it was a 0/10 for me. I want my money back, waste of my time.

Worse hotel ever! Disgustingly DIRTY!
The air conditioning did not work in the room, the sheets had disgusting blood marks as if the sheets were not changed. We put towels down to cover it AND slept on top of the duvet. If we weren’t exhausted from our travel day,,,,,I would have raised some serious cane!! Do not stay,,,room is dirty and freakin nasty. We waited for Check in which took 45 minutes, the gal had no idea how to check us in nor could confirm we had the correct room type. I was pre paid through hotels.com and I pulled up the reservation and she said that only suites have pull out sofas, she was specific that our room was one king bed only. Hotels.com, please stop promoting this hotel.

The room I was assigned first had a smell when you walked in. It smelled like wet mildewed laundry. I let the front desk know. They came up right away. They changed my room. The service was very good.

During this visit, people were outside partying and very loud past midnight. When getting ready to checkout, people were hanging outside the back door smoking, drinking, having very loud conversations and blocking the parking lot area with their vehicles.
