Stayed in a king spa room, the spa did not work, the water was an off yellow nor was there any bath bom stuff, and there was no mini bar or snacks that was once always available. I have been coming here over the last 30 years and more and more there is no little perks in the room that you get charged quite a pretty penny for.

We absolutely loved the lagoon pool , the staff was amazing in every aspect . The room however was a little underwhelming…broken sink , broken tiles , the fire system speaker was making a ticking noise he whole time ( we did report to reception) , no mini bar …..

Magnificent
This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. We had a lagoon pool accessible room where you could go out your back door and get straight into the pool. The pool was amazing and had a swim up bar. Staff were terrific and the place was not dated. Super cruisey place to be

This property was great as we had the pool room with direct access to the pool. The staff were really helpful with any request...the only thing with our room was it was the first unit by the beach part of the pool and when it was busy everyone hung around our deck part of the pool drinking so wasn't very quiet and then not the properties fault but there was a concert on in the park next door that kept us up till midnight one night it was so loud but other than that it was a pleasant stay.
