Lovely Condo
My family had a lovely stay here and appreciated the cleanliness of the property, close proximity to the Gulf, and full kitchen. Dauphin Island has many good restaurants that we enjoyed and saw dolphins swimming offshore on serval occasions. It was a wonderful stay.

Great location, nice property. Had an issue unlocking the door via keypad consistently, but the maintenance person explained that if we pulled on the door while keying in the number sequence it would function properly - and it did.

Great place!
This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. It is clean and has all the basics you need and them some. The unit had several beach towels and the the closet on the balcony is packed full of beach toys! We were very satisfied with our stay and will stay here again. We love coming to Dauphin Island! The only negatives I have to say about the unit are that the shower drain stoppers really need to be replaced. Neither would hold water well. My 4 year old despises showers, it would have been much easier to let her take her normal long bath, but we had to do a speed one so that she would still have water. I tried to turn the jets on in the master bath and they were only able to run for a couple of minutes before the water level had dropped to low and by then there was no more hot water to fill the tub with. The other one is that the chair at the kitchen table have definitely seen better days. The 4 year old sunk in the chairs. Her eye level was with the table top. Lol I had to sit on my knees in the chair to be at a comfortable height to eat. All in all the two complaints aren’t that big of a deal for us. We will stay here again. Hopefully next time I will be able to take a nice relaxing jetted bath!

Condo was clean but cookware was worn out and even with cooking oil everything stuck and with the limited resources of the island stop before you get there to load up on needed food. Bring your own spices. Also bring extra dish washing soap and extra laundry detergent. King mattress was comfortable but wearing out. The views were awesome and the condo was super quiet. I will let it be known that there are biting flies on the beach this time of the year but should not be a deterrent. Quaint little fishing island with great sand and sunsets.

This condo met all of our needs. It’s easily accessible and quiet. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. This was our first visit to Dauphin Island, and we were not disappointed. I’m sure we will be back.

Needs a DEEP cleaning!!!
Check in was easy. Condo has a good view of the beach. Needs updating & a DEEP CLEANING!! Cleaning fans were dusty. Chandelier had cobwebs. Bathroom fixtures were rusty. Baseboards were dusty. At $125 cleaning fee after EACH stay I’d expect to not see all these issues.

Island Time
We had a wonderful week full of family fun and relaxation. We enjoyed beach time, the ferry ride, visiting the sea lab aquarium, eating at the local hot spots and so much more. The condo was peaceful and cozy. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful stay
The beach was beautiful and didn’t feel crowded even though mid July. Beach was also easily accessible from condo. Would advise future travelers that supplies on the island are very limited with regards to groceries and many of the restaurants close early or are not even open during early part of week. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider visiting again

CALL PROPERTY MANAGER PRIOR TO CHECK IN!!!
We received no guidance on the check-in process prior to our arrival. It’s a gated building and we did not have the code to get in. After several calls to the extremely helpful answering service (it was a Sunday), we were able to get in to the parking lot. I highly recommend you contact the property managers during their normal work hours to get the gate code. Once inside, if after hours, your packet is in a lock box (the code to that is the last four of your cell number). It was easy from that point. The condo was nice, but very dated. There has not been much love shown to the place, but it was clean and had everything we needed. If you are looking for low key and low maintenance, the Inn at Dauphin Island is a great place to stay.
