Holiday Isle Resort offers upscale amenities comparable to other luxury resorts, these include: an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center(with beach front view), tennis courts, and a private boardwalk to the beach. Holiday Isle has nightly security and gated entrances for added privacy and security.

This beautifully decorated, stunning first floor(unit 117), luxurious 3 bedroom condo is stocked with top of the line amenities, upscale designer touches, coupled with quick access to the pools and beach-NO ELEVATOR RIDE! The kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with a beautiful back-splash, granite counter-tops and high end appliances. You are just steps away from an indoor and outdoor pool(located on the first floor) which encompasses a Gulf view.

Enjoy a panoramic view while utilizing the workout facility. Take the boardwalk to the expansive white sand beach, or walk to the secluded end of the island for a tranquil get away. Fish Mobile bay, the Gulf, or direct from your lounger on the beach. Utilize the chef inspired kitchen to prepare your freshly caught sea trout or Spanish mackerel. Not biting, dine at one of the island's locally owned restaurants.

The master suite includes a king-size bed, high thread count sheets, flat screen TV, sliding glass doors to balcony and master ensuite bathroom. The master suite is equipped with blackout drapes for sleeping in or an afternoon nap!

Guest Bedroom 2 includes: a queen bed and a flat screen TV. Guest Bedroom 3 includes: a queen bed, bunk bed with XL twin memory foam mattress that easily accommodates adults and a flat screen TV. High quality linens and blankets are provided for both bedrooms. Bathroom 2 has double sinks, granite counter tops and a private tub/shower combo and toilet.

Laundry room has new washer and dryer and utility sink. An assortment of beach toys are on the shelf. Mop and broom hang on the wall. Beach towels can be found in the red bureau in the main living area.

Embrace Dauphin Island's small town atmosphere complete with NO traffic lights, locally owned restaurants and local artisans. Explore the natural beauty of the island by bike and visit Dauphin Island's Estuarium and Sea Lab, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary or Putt Putt Golf and the skate park. Your children will love the hands on exhibits at the Sea Lab. Are you a history buff? Visit historic Fort Gaines on the East end of the Island.

Golfers take advantage of the Isle Dauphin Golf Club and the nineteenth hole, locally referred to as the Pirates Bar and Grill. Amazing Spring Break Trip

This is a great place to stay on a really quiet beach. It's in walking distance to a few different restaurants and all of them had great food at good prices. We were between renting here or at the complex next door but made the right decision for going in April since a couple of the days were cooler and we were able to hang out at the indoor pool and hot tub. We look forward to visiting here again when the walkway to the beach is complete.

Holiday Isle

We will definitely be back, beautiful condo that was well suited for our family. Enjoyed the pools and the beach. A new beach access is under construction and will be very nice once complete. The owner stocked the condo with everything we needed; great time.

Beautiful but under construction

Condo was delightful. Everything we needed as a family of 5. Pictures really don’t do it justice. There is so much more natural light and the patio is huge. Only complaint is that the boardwalk to the beach was removed the second day we got there. This made getting to the beach with all out fishing and beach gear very difficult. Had we been notified construction was taking place we may have chose somewhere else. Let alone every morning we woke up to the sound of chainsaws and forklifts. Enjoying the outdoor pool or our patio was almost impossible with the noisy equipment. Understandable that improvements need to be made but we would have appreciated the notice. We learned of the removal from a resident of the condos not through our booking

Being on the first floor a couple doors down from the pool/beach access was really convenient. The only mix up we had was the code for pool/beach - we were told a new code, but that actually didn’t go into effect until later in our stay. Not a huge deal though because we could talk to staff at the desk to confirm.

Great place!

We’ve stayed at this complex a few times. Great/Easy location. Always clean. Always quiet. The only downside is the walk to the beach. It’s just long, but that has nothing to do with the condo. If you want a big, long, white, private, beautiful beach then you’re getting your moneys worth. We’d stay here again, and probably will.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo. It was well stocked with all needed kitchen items plus some. I always bring everything because you never know what a place will have or not have but I was surprised by some of the things found (like seasonings besides salt and pepper). I wanted to make gravy one morning and forgot flour, but there was a small bag in the cabinet. Plenty of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The condo complex itself had plenty of parking, a nice pool and a very long walk way to the beach. While the condo is beach front, it’s a very long walk. You will want to pack your needs for the day and limit trips back and forth. The patio was very nice and seating was comfortable. If you’re like me and you like to hang your clothes, bring your hangers. The master closet is closed off. Not a complaint, but an observation. I bought hangers at the dollar store and there were plenty of hooks elsewhere. The island itself was laid back and quiet. Everyone was friendly.

Would Stay Again!

Very well kept condo, spacious throughout! Very easy walk from the parking lot to the condo and easy walk from condo to the pool (1st floor condo and pool). The only downside is the long walk to the beach. There is a boardwalk over the dunes that makes it somewhat easier. But it’s still a long, not easy walk to the sea. We would stay here again though!

Nice Condo on the Beach

Enjoyed our stay at this condo - the location on Dauphin Island was great. The communication with the property manager was good and the check in process easy. Be aware there is paperwork to sign and a lengthy set of rules to sign off on when staying at this condo - none of the rules were unreasonable, it was just a little stressful knowing there were 3 pages of rules to follow.

Nice stay

We like Dauphin island because it is very quiet. This apartment is very nice and I like being on the first floor so that I never have to wait for the elevator. It makes it easy at check in and check out. The building in general is very well maintained and the staff is helpful

Great condo with attentive owner

This was a very nice condo. It did not have much equipment for the beach but this was known prior to arriving. The AC unit did not work for about 24 hours but unit was replaced quickly and communication from owner was very good.

4 adults, 3 children (6-13): spent an entire week and enjoyed every minute of it. Property was perfectly located in the beach with easy access to restaurants. Plenty of space, easy parking, well supplied kitchen, and private balcony. Absolutely perfect condo!

Loved everything about this condo!

Loved the condo, loved the hotel, loved the location! We were wanting a more “secluded” and not as busy beach to stay for the weekend and this condo provided just that and more! We loved the pools too! Such a great experience!! The owners were great with communication too!

AC issues

We arrived on Thursday and the ac was running. It got a little warm in the condo. Friday it got warm in the condo. An ac guy came and confirmed it had frozen up. He said it was probably low in freon and that would be taken care of the next morning. He instructed us to turn unit off for 4 to 6 hours. We did. The ac thawed and then cooled most of the night. But froze up again. *Derek, the property manager did offer to relocate us to another condo. But it would have been so inconvenient. Saturday night was pretty much unbearable. 76 degrees in a beach front room in May. Called Derek back and we did change condos. Derek did work with us to help us continue our vacation peacefully. The condos were clean and the manager was very kind. Condo owners should have HVAC serviced each spring to prevent this type issue.

Fabulous condo with cool decor.

This is one of the coolest condo we have rented at Holiday Isle. The decor was so fun and the condo was immaculate. The mounted paddle boards on the walls were so neat and it is as beautiful decorated. We also enjoy being on the 1st floor so quick walk to the hot top, pools, or cars. Definitely my favorite condo at this resort!

Beautiful Beach Getaway~

We had an amazing trip! The property was even prettier than the pictures. Derek and Kim were excellent and quickly helped us fix the issue with the Direct TV since a storm knocked the signal out the night before. My husband was so thankful so that he didn't miss any basketball games. :) The beds were very cozy and we slept great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large table was perfect for family dinners and game nights. The view from the large porch was amazing! The only thing we would have liked to have was beach chairs, although my kiddos loved the pool floats that were provided. They had a blast in the pool as well as the ocean! A great place that we would ABSOLUTELY recommend!
