This property is convenient when I need to be away from home for Reno. There is a high noise area as it is right against the highway. The attempt to update is superficial patches and doesn’t feel very clean. Unclear why it has this high of a rating.

I have been here twice now. The first time was excellent, was so impressed. Its an Old Best Western. Unfortunately, the second time I was placed in somewhat an outdated room especially heater/ac wise. These were rooms with the King bed. The room was also dusty as if it was hardly used. Still clean besides the dust. Breakfast was catch and miss. First time was killer, second time it was okay. These were both Saturday night stays due to work reasons. For the price I will continue to stay there.

Nice room, good price on short notice
The reservation was for a double room, but the room we were given was a single. Not too big a deal though, so we did not ask for a change. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

I called the front desk last night asking about the television since I couldn't get it on. I was told to come to the front desk and get a new remote. So no tv which is a part of the room price so I wasn't happy with that.

The hotel is extremely old and definitely needs some upgrades. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and hard, and the pillows are lousy. Hearing the freeway the entire night was not pleasant either.
