Not the best and not the worst.
Room was good after I got in. They assigned me to a room that had not been cleaned, then changed to room. Very noisy upstairs all night. Pet friendly by not a good walking area, also had no signs or pick up station.

Easy check in but no frills with this establishment. Room had an overbearing smell of air freshener. Mini fridge was barely cold. No iron in the iron cradle. Bathroom light was controlled by a motion detector which was a real pain when you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and don’t want to be blinded by the lights. The bed was comfortable.

Dirty, no room service, unsafe, noisy. Unable to talk about changing hotels even though I was told I could when I checked in. Left early, disputing charges, hotel management says to talk to Expedia, do you realize that there are only bots running Expedia which if there are no problems that’s fine. It has become a worthless App

I felt nice and safe. However, the cleanliness of the room was less than satisfactory. I had to do another wipe down. The walls had sweat stains and the floorboard seemed to be glued down with something black. And another room’s floor was like that as well. I felt like they needed to use a toilet bowl brush and wipe down the bathroom appliances. It’s like they straightened up the room rather than cleaning it.

Room was dirty but mostly with hair! Hair in the bed, towels and all over the floor. Floor in room obviously want mopped either as old spills were noticeable. Had to turn fridge temp up and wait several hours before it finally got cold enough to chill soda once I put them in. They did have breakfast items but at 7am the "hot" items were FAR from hot. Other then that toiletries were provided, no bugs (from what I could see) tv worked, a/c and heat worked, quiet rooms, close to wright Patterson afb and restaurant near by. Not horrible but not great either. Could use work on cleaning

The property was not properly sanitized and located in a junkie area. You can tell the bed sheets are not cleaned, smelled like they spray cleaner on the them. The floors were very dirty as well as the bathroom. The pictures are super deceiving. You can tell this is more for junkies and x-rated activities. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Property needs an overall refurbishment, paint, carpet, furniture, doors. . . window in the room had a broken lock with a wood stopper to provide some security. But staff seemed to make their best effort to keep room clean and functional for guests overall.

The hotel held value for the price. Room was clean, bedding updated and bed was very comfortable. AC worked well on a hot weekend. The area is about 20 minutes away from anything . . Area around the hotel was a bit run down and industrial like. Worth noting for some one who is looking into getting a room here.
