Several rooms were smoking Marijuana and it stuck the entire floor. Complaining to the desk clerk did nothing. The elevator broke several times. The floor was wet in the 1st floor hallway. The bar closed before 8pm.

The work staff at the hotel was great.. The frnt desk staff was great.. The issue with this hotel was the roaches....... We spoke to the front desk they changed our room but we saw them in that room as well.. It really made our stay BAD... I will say the staff was exceptional.. It was just the bug problem

The property was new and updated! However, the dehumidifier in the room was never attended to and we dumped it on a regular basis. We never had our bedding changed in 5 days. We had to ask for towels and the floor was always wet. Laundry facilities were out of service and the vending machines were empty- Totally understand the that after the hurricane something’s were out of service but the housekeeping staff was present but again we never had our bedding changed and we spoke to other guests that the same thing happened to them. Ms Gwen was awesome and helpful!

Ive stayed at this property more than once, have enjoyed the building, location and staff. The week was a very difficult situation....Hurricane Milton. The review is not a reflection of the property, just not a vacation week like intended, to no fault of their own. I will stay there again whrn I return in the future
