Well lets start by stating the heater ac was broken and took them a while to fix it. The room was clean howeever there are cockroqches in the building. The pool and hot tub are closed. The tiki bar is closed. And the breakfast very very limited.Also we were startled by a alarm in rhe building. Due to a guest supposedly cooking in their room. Unacceptable behavior and we as customers have to deal with that my wife is visibly shaken and this has ruined her day.

Staying at the emerald shores hotel is like paradise and heaven on Earth seriously it's beautiful the staff is very nice the housekeepers are very friendly and nice are always on top of everything keeping everything clean it's quiet clean beautiful and away from all the refresh but also close by to all your dining and outdoor dancing needs it's the perfect location and place to bring your family and friends and we definitely love the receptionist trust me when I say you won't regret it it's a great place to come vacation at...

The pool was not heated and the jacuzzi didn’t work as well , Breakfast was cereal, yogurt ,fruit cups ,pop tarts, milk or oatmeal instant …. There is no kitchen there and the tiki bar was closed as well … the ROOM was nice With a BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW . The stay was good but the price is high without breakfast,pool,jacuzzi

Never again. Are these other reviews fake???
I recently stayed at Emerald Shores Resort and, frankly, I can't understand how it’s rated an 8 out of 10. Does this website have bots faking reviews? Are people doing that now? The hotel had a pervasive moldy smell that was hard to ignore, and the furniture looked like it was picked up from a flea market or found on the side of the road. The bathtub had noticeable stains from previous guests, and the elevators reeked of urine and vomit. To make matters worse, the mattresses were stained and clearly worn down. The sheets were at least seemingly clean. Rooms TERRRIBLY SMALL. The TV was outdated, but the real issue was the remote—old, dirty, and missing a battery cover. It barely worked - hardly functional at all. The shower’s water pressure was almost nonexistent, forcing me to wash my hair in the bathroom sink where the water flow was better. On a positive note, the AC worked well and kept the room nice and cold. The location, right on the beach, was a big plus, but unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. If you’re looking for a place to stay with more comfort and cleanliness, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Thinking about posting a video of all the issues I have listed, but I have already used up enough time write this review.
