Awesome condo!
We had a great vacation and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. The owner is easy to contact and very friendly. Check in for vehicles is very easy and doesn't require extra time. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, and a great location make this A+ destination for a relaxing beach vacation!

Cyndi is an excellent host. Great communication from the moment that we booked the trip. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed! Pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, towels, blankets, etc. Beautiful ocean view and the rooms were spacious with separate bathrooms. Very enjoyable trip! We will be back! Thank you for everything!

Perfect for Work or Vacation
This was a working trip with myself and two other co-workers. Everything was clean and comfortable. Each person having our own bedroom and bathroom was great. Had a great view of the ocean. Since we were working we either ate out out or had take out, so we did not use any of the cooking area in the kitchen except the coffee maker. Parking was a bit crowded on the surface lot. Overall we would absolutely come back again.

Overall great - a little disappointed it was actually in Daytona beach as it came up as New Smyrna Beach when searching and that’s where we thought we’d be. Not really a fan of Daytona - but it wasn’t bad this year as several places were closed and the beach was fairly empty.

Great family condo
The property was very nicely decorated and stocked very well. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed it very much. Would have been nicer to have pool but if we are in Daytona again, we would definitely stay here if available.

This is a great condo and is exactly what is described online.
Great property with the room needed when you're looking to upgrade to something with more space than what is typically available in two bedroom units and even in 4 bedroom units. The furniture and furnishings are in good condition and the building is located in a convenient area with a grocery store a short walk away. highly recommended.

The condo was conveniently located a short drive from the racetrack where we were working for the week. It was bright, clean and welcoming. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were ideal to accommodate our team and give them the privacy they needed when at the condo.

Great unit and owner!
Property was clean and tastefully decorated with everything one could expect in a vacation condo. Wonderful views and property! It was just remodeled six months prior to our visit and when the floors were replaced, the contractor didn’t properly reassemble one of the beds. My friend and I removed the mattress and went to the hardware store for the needed tools and fasteners and repaired the bed. We let the owner know and she even gave us some money back for our time. Great owner to work with and we plan to be return guests!

Beautiful and clean condo with a great view
Have stayed here before and we love it. Perfect size for us and a wonderful kitchen. (However, we did miss not having access to the pantry) Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We’ll be back.

Great Balcony view of the beach, walk-in shower was perfect. Nice assortment of cookware, plenty of counter space. Hot water in kitchen took awhile to heat. Leaving the thermostat on 72 was uncomfortable at night, hard to sleep. Bedroom with a King and Single bed ceiling fan would not change speed, tv/cable box would not work, other TV’s worked fine. Overall a Great Place to stay, very roomy.
