Complex Update: The Opus pool deck remains open however, the private beach access and public beach access next door has now closed due to sudden high tides in November from the Super Moon. The nearest, open beach access is about a 9 minute walk from Opus located at Botefuhr Avenue, just south of Ocean Vistas Condos. The city is almost finished rebuilding this access point and it should open some time in January 2025, but this is tentative. Rates are currently reduced through all of 2025 to reflect this impact and if it reopens prior to your stay, it's just a free bonus. We update this description anytime we have new information to share.

As you enter the unit you'll feel the weight of the world melt off your shoulders as you take in the direct oceanfront views. Greeting you as you enter through the front door is smartly outfitted foyer which includes storage bins and a bench to kick off sandy shoes.

The primary bedroom suite has a full size bathroom with a double granite vanity, 6' garden tub, and walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also has a king size bed, large flat screen TV, and a view of the ocean that seems to never to end. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and a flat screen TV with a full size bathroom directly across the hall. The last bedroom has a queen size bed with a twin trundle and a connected full bathroom. This unit also includes a private laundry room for added convenience.

The oceanfront living room hosts cozy furniture and a flat screen TV. The dining room and fully stocked kitchen have everything you need for enjoying a family meal. The balcony has a full size deck with outdoor seating for some much needed relaxation! Imagine waking up every morning with an amazing sunrise, cup of coffee, and the sound of the ocean waves crashing all around you.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
