Check in was very easy. Room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable. Love the look and feel of it all. I would have ranked the property condition higher but the jacuzzi tub we paid extra for didn’t work.

The staff was courteous and I love the vintage feel of the hotel. My issue was I didn’t know that the toilet wasn’t working properly until late that night due to me having an event the same night. So the next morning it completely didn’t want to flush and someone eventually came up to fix the issue. The front desk stated that they would accommodate me by refunding my $54 for overnight parking, but we will see.

Our first trip to Houston and this hotel was amazing. It’s very well maintained and has a very friendly staff. The area around it is very well maintained and safe. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Houston.

Loved this Hotel!
Stayed here to be close to the ballpark. It was within walking distance (less than a mile) but they had a shuttle that dropped us off and picked us up. The elevators are small but cute and our room was GORGEOUS! The shower was amazing. Comfy bed. There was a little ballgame celebrating outside our window but nothing terrible. Service was EXCELLENT.

The room was nice, however the lobby furnishings need some serious upgrades. $52/night plus taxes forparking is ridiculous. The shower curtain in the bathroom looked not to have been changed in about a month, it had that pink bacteria color growing in the seam. I requested a clean shower curtian & extra towels, neither were provided.

Asked for ice as there is no ice machine on the floors and it never came to the room as the front desk said. Found someones hair all over the duvet and robe in the closet was dirty. The shower head for the whirlpool did not work. There is no on site parking, only valet and it is not reasonably priced for what you pay for the deluxe rooms.
