Nice hotel apart from the fact that they had some kind of air freshener going through out the hotel, even in the rooms and it was too much for me; had to leave ended up at Fairfield Inn. I have CIRS and am very sensitive to too much stuff. We always stay at a Comfort Suites when we travel, this is the first time we've had trouble... very disappointed....wish we'd booked straight from the hotel. The lady at check in said she'd give us a refund but since we didn't book through them have to get with Expedia. Expedia isn't what it use to be, can't get to talk to a real person. :(

The hotel was under construction so the hotel had rooms that were not usable and the atmosphere was deviated a bit. The rooms were clean and well maintained

We tried to cancel our reservation, and Expedia kept hanging up. I called the front desk, and they were willing to cancel, but said I should have gone through Expedia. I'd have loved to!! But I never got through.
