The rooms were adequate for an airport hotel. The main issue with this property was the check out experience. At the time of check in we confirmed with the front desk staff that we would be leaving at 03:15 and we were assured someone would take us from the hotel to the airport as you are unable to go alone due to security. In the morning, the same employee called for staff to escort our party and 2 other parties but no one came. We repeatedly were assured that an employee was coming in English, while the employee, speaking in Hindi, was telling his colleagues that no one had been found to escort us. We ultimately waited 45 minutes for someone to escort us causing significant stress and making the time to complete airport check in and security tight. I would recommend against staying at this hotel as you will likely be more efficient to stay at a nearby hotel with shuttle service

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. A little expensive but worth the convenience of being in the Delhi airport. Be sure that if you’re staying on the international side, your luggage is checked all the way through to your final destination. And once you’re in the airport, you just need to find the Holiday Inn express desk and they will escort you to wherever you have to go. Be warned, there’s lots of security stops! The only complaint we have this time was an unpleasant odor in the hallways of the domestic side of the hotel. Otherwise it was comfortable, had all the essential amenities & great staff.

All international travelers need to know that India is very tight in security. We need to check in a booth to meet a hotel representative. We then need to go through all security checkpoints to go to our hotel room. Once you are in the room, you are not allowed to go out without security personnel. It was an interesting experience but not a joy.

Hotel is quite and clean. Room service is prompt and food is amazing in taste. Just be advised that this is a transit hotel and you cant come from outside of airport in it. You need to call hotel from gate 1 and they will pick you from there. Hotel spa lacks people on weekend and i want to book massage for wife but ppl were not available. There is no sauna or pool or jakuzi

Nice convenient location
Had to wait at T3 departure gate for more than an hour before someone came to escort us in. Rest everything was good. Ideal place to stay overnight if you have a morning flight to catch from T3.

Booked hotel in airport to cut down on travel time in between flights. Was difficult to find location inside of airport and with checked baggage the airport staff directed us outside of airport. We had an early morning flight the next day so security at airport would not let us back inside airport without hotel staff. Hotel did not pick up phone so we spent 3 hours outside airport until we could get a hold of them. Sheets had stains all over them when we finally got to room. Would just book a hotel close by next time and skip all of this hassle. Not the easy relaxing stay I thought it would be in between a bunch of long flights. Would not recommend.

I cannot rate it as I was not allowed to stay in the hotel. I was not told that it is only for people with connecting flights. I had to go off premises. However one of the hotel people was able to help me locate another hotel at the last minute. Let me know how I can received a refund.

Be aware, you can only book here if you are boarding an international flight after your stay at this hotel. We booked this hotel because we were flying in from the US and it said international travel only. What we were not aware of, is that our connecting domestic flight disqualified us for travel and as soon as we booked it, the hotel messaged me to confirm my outgoing international flight and when I told them we were domestic, they refused to refund my money. It literally occurred within 15 minutes of booking.

Really great service. Was picked up from the kiosk at the domestic terminal delivered to the hotel reception. The gent also tagged our bags and screened them for our flight later on the same day. Made what could be a complicated process very easy. Will stay here again.

The room, the location and staff (and, surprisingly, the breakfast) were all fine. Getting to the hotel desk inside the airport terminal was easy enough. However, first we had a very long wait to be picked up to be escorted to the hotel and an additional wait to be escorted to the hotel itself which added about 45 minutes to the time from arriving at the welcome desk to getting to the room. The need for security is understood so it would have been helpful if there had been more hotel staff to escort us to the rooms and speed things along.
