Conveniently located near Southern Cross and Flinders Street Can be quite noisy if you are in a room directly across from train transit Bed sheets had stains, and pillows smelled as though they were used

Other than not being able to check in until 14:20 due to the room not being ready it was a great place to stay, central to everything we love to do in Melbourne and the room had plenty of space for 3 adults, I would definitely stay there again 👍

Only stay here if you are barely using your room
The staff are really nice, however I don’t think I would ever stay here again. The photos made the property look decent than it actually was. The rooms and hallway smelt like cigarettes, I felt very yuck staying here. Next time I’ll be paying more and staying elsewhere. Room had all amenities needed. Location is great

We weren't allowed back into our apartment on our first night for about 7 hours, as police and fire crews were trying to get a man out of one of the apartments. As he was going out over the balconies on the 16th floor we were all evacuated having to leave our belongings there it was my wife's birthday and we planned going out but weren't allowed back in until it all ended which was after 9.30 pm ,so it ruined our night. Not sure how to fix the problem but we probably won't come back ,maybe security needs to be better.we were very disappointed with our stay.
