Great location across the road from the aquarium, short walk to DFOs and the Casino. Close to trams/public transport so it was very easy to get around. We stayed with our young kids. The rooms were sectioned off with slideable doors and only air con in the living areas so we needed to leave the doors open since there were no fans. The balcony railing was stressful with young kids and being on the 9th floor they weren't aloud out there alone. The accommodation was average but super convenient for a short stay.

Conveniently located near Southern Cross and Flinders Street Can be quite noisy if you are in a room directly across from train transit Bed sheets had stains, and pillows smelled as though they were used

Staff were friendly and made it easy. Room was tidy and well appointed. Walking distance to the CBD and everything it has to offer plus a tram stop a couple of minutes walk.

Our room was dirty and had a smell about it. The toilet still had faeces around the rim of the bowl. Got moved to another room. That room had food grime on kitchen cupboards and the bin still had rubbish in it from previous people. Bed was hard. Would never stay again. The staff were great however.

Other than not being able to check in until 14:20 due to the room not being ready it was a great place to stay, central to everything we love to do in Melbourne and the room had plenty of space for 3 adults, I would definitely stay there again 👍

The proximity to the rail line makes this a very loud apartment. I stayed in the one bedroom balcony apartment which had a lounge and dining area. There were no power points anywhere near the dining table, which made plugging in your laptop to work impossible. While there was a small desk are in the bedroom, who wants to work in the bedroom when there is a large dining table? Badly designed and very loud.

Fine.
Pretty quiet in the actual apartment for the size and being right in the city. Construction a few doors down with Jack hammers and concrete saws. Good view from our room which made it awesome. Cleanliness is poor with lots of dust bunny's under the couch and beds. The kids single beds are on castor's so wheeled around the room. Friendliness on reception wasn't received. Good location near trains, trams and south bank.

We enjoyed the location of the apartment building, the apartment layout, and the amount of living and bedroom space. We found the bed firm but very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the pantry and fridge space were excellent. Some areas need a little upkeep (painting etc.) but this did not detract from the apartment. Great value for money. Thank you.

Stay was pleasant enough. Wasn't the easiest hotel to check in to due to lack of parking and road works in the area. Room was neat and clean on arrival. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in close proximity to Yarra River/Southbank precinct, DFO, Marvel Stadium and Southern Cross Station. If you are looking for affordable city accomodation then Aura on Flinders is a good option.

What I did not like was the lack of friendliness from front desk staff. The property had the most ridiculous parking conditions having to enter a lift to reach your designated car park. Only 1 lift working, with cars entering and exiting the 1 lift. Too slow, tight and make sure your car is no bigger than a small SUV. Oh and to top of that, they charge $35 to park! Other than that quiet room, clean and everything you need.
