Unbearable Room Conditions
I checked in on July 25 for one night. The room I was given had a musty smell, making it difficult to breathe. I contacted Hotels.com to report the situation. They reached out to the hotel, but there was no response. When Hotels.com informed me of this, I called the hotel myself, but still received no answer. Consequently, I wrote a message to the hotel expressing my concerns.

I always stay at this Marriott when I’m in town. Staff is always professional and courteous. The hotel is always clean and quiet. Additionally, It is in proximity to Shopping It’s easy accessible from I 95 or the turnpike
